Work Study (Methods Studies, Time Studies), and Queuing for methods improvement and to determine the number of staff required for customer service counters, shelves stocking, Bakery Operations and other jobs at Nairobi Branches. The Supermarket branches organization structures were also studied. This was done in conjunction with Omeka Packaging Consultancy.

Work Study to improve packing methods and work flow, set production time standards, determine the numbers of personnel required, and set labour standards. Work Study on general products, Factory layout design, established standard cycle times for batch process, and set up a system to monitor paper yield. Wrote a computer program to monitor production lines performance and paper yield for each stage in the production process and final product.
1.14 Brooke Bond Kenya Ltd.: Work Study and Design of Tea Cutting Rollers Sharpening Scheme: October 2000 – January 2001:
Work study on sharpening of tea cutting rollers at seven factories and Kerenga Engineering Workshop in Kericho area, designed best workshop layout / workflow and method of sharpening tea cutting rollers, determined optimum number of rollers sharpening machines and Machinists / shift arrangement. Design of best transportation method for the rollers to and from factories and a functional quality assurance procedure.
