Facilities Design

Factory Design:
Design of factory layout for efficient work flow, including equipment and production lines layout, materials handling, and determination of number of people and machines / equipment required. The design will give scale layout drawings. (The design does not include architectural and structural work).

Work Station Design:
Design of a work station for efficient work including seating ergonomics, position or location of work materials / items and materials handling (Work in progress and finished products).

Office Layout Design:
Design of office layout for efficient work flow, including equipment, work positions for staff and determination of number of people and equipment required. (The design does not include architectural and structural work).

Statistical Quality Control Design:
This is the design of a system to check the quality of product from a production line using statistical control limits to ensure that products are within the set quality standards.
