Introduction
With the need to improve the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) of the factory, it is very important that the factory team understands how OEE is measured (calculated) and how to collect accurate data for accurate OEE measurements.

The course is for a maximum of twenty participants.

The overall objective of the course is to explain and demonstrate the practical use of OEE as it relates to improved productivity and reduced costs.
