We conduct workshops to formulate mission and vision of the organization and generate ideas on where the organization wants to be. This is followed by carrying out situation analysis (SWOT) to
generate actions and recommendations on what will be done to realize the mission and vision. In SWOT analysis we analyze the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats that an organization has to help in formulating the strategic plan.
The main jobs that we do after the SWOT analysis:
- Assist the organization to formulate the strategic vision and mission
- Assist the organization to prepare implementation matrix and costing.
- Assist in development of the strategic plan and write report.
- Advise on monitoring and evaluation of the strategic plan implementation.
