The Managing Director of Resource Plan Ltd Mr Nikasius M. Muverethi has written a book on job evaluation and salaries administration. The book, which is new in the field of Human resource management, is titled “The Practice of Job Evaluation and Salaries/Remuneration Administration”. It was published by Resource Plan Ltd in November 2024.
Mr Muverethi was motivated to write the book by what he says was lack of current reference material in the field of job evaluation and salaries administration in our local libraries and book shops. Mr Muverethi is a member of Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM). He is also a professional Industrial Engineer.
