The Managing Director of Resource Plan Ltd Mr Nikasius M. Muverethi has written and copyrighted the second edition of the book on job evaluation and administration of salaries. The title of the book is The Practice of Job Evaluation and Salary / Remuneration Administration. The book has not yet been published.
The motivation to write this book was borne out of need after searching for material on job evaluation with little success. There was little relevant material on job evaluation and salaries review. The little that was there was mainly old material. There was a sizeable amount of online material which he could not ascertain, authenticate or quote and most of it did not have a local touch. This is what motivated him to write this book. He wondered why he could not write a book with all the theory and practical experience that he had acquired.

There are four categories of users intended for this book. The first category of users are human resource managers and officers in public and private sectors. The book helps them to efficiently execute their roles in job evaluation, salaries/remuneration administration and staff skills audit.
